AI Enablement & Coach – Liège

About the role

We are looking for an AI Enablement & Coach to join Gaming1’s Learning & Transformation team in Liège. The role will help employees across all functions integrate AI productivity tools such as Claude and ChatGPT into their daily workflows, fostering confident and responsible use.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1‑on‑1 coaching sessions tailored to individual roles and workflows.
• Design and facilitate 2–3 hour team workshops on hands‑on use of approved AI tools and advanced prompting techniques.
• Identify, document and promote high‑impact AI use cases at the team level.
• Onboard employees to new AI tools, guide prompt engineering, skills configuration and GPT customization.
• Build and maintain an internal knowledge base of prompts, tutorials, guidelines and validated use cases.
• Establish a peer champion network by recruiting an AI ambassador per team.
• Publish regular AI tips and best‑practice communications such as a monthly newsletter.
• Coach teams on responsible token consumption and help reduce waste.
• Contribute to quarterly AI maturity assessments and document ROI examples.
• Communicate approved AI tool guidelines, data confidentiality rules and promote critical verification of AI outputs.
• Flag and escalate any misuse or AI‑related risks to IT and Legal.

Required profile

• Practitioner‑level experience with modern AI tools, especially LLMs such as Claude, ChatGPT and similar platforms.
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions for diverse, non‑technical audiences.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex AI concepts in simple, actionable terms.
• Change‑management mindset with a focus on people‑centric tool adoption.
• Curious self‑learner who stays ahead of fast‑moving AI developments.
