AI Enablement & Coach

About the role

Gaming1 is accelerating its AI adoption journey and seeks an AI Enablement & Coach to help build an AI‑literate organisation. You will work across all departments, guiding employees to integrate AI productivity tools into their daily workflows with confidence and responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1‑on‑1 coaching sessions tailored to individual roles, helping employees apply AI tools to real tasks.
• Design and facilitate 2–3 hour team workshops on approved AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) and advanced prompting techniques.
• Identify, document, and promote high‑impact AI use cases at the team level.
• Onboard employees to new AI tools, guiding prompt engineering, skill configuration, and GPT customization.
• Build and maintain an internal knowledge base of prompts, tutorials, guidelines, and validated use cases.
• Establish a peer champion network by recruiting an AI ambassador per team.
• Publish regular AI tips and best‑practice communications (e.g., monthly newsletter).
• Coach teams on responsible token consumption and identify waste‑reduction opportunities.
• Contribute to quarterly AI maturity assessments and document ROI examples.
• Communicate approved AI tool guidelines, ensure data confidentiality, promote critical evaluation of AI outputs, and flag misuse to IT and Legal.

Required profile

• Practitioner‑level experience with modern AI tools, especially large language models such as Claude and ChatGPT.
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions, both 1‑on‑1 and group workshops.
• Strong communication skills and a talent for translating technical concepts into everyday language.
• Commitment to responsible AI usage and data privacy.
