AI Digital Transformation Specialist

About the role

Join BMW Group Belux as an AI Digital Transformation Specialist and work at the intersection of business and technology. You will help shape intelligent automation solutions that drive real impact across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate "game changer" workshops with business stakeholders to uncover high‑value AI opportunities.
• Analyze processes and data to generate actionable insights for smarter decision‑making.
• Identify automation and growth opportunities using process mining and data‑driven approaches.
• Own projects end‑to‑end, from ideation and design to development and implementation.
• Design integrated AI + automation solutions for complex, multi‑step workflows.
• Build and deploy custom AI solutions and orchestration workflows (e.g., GAIA, n8n).
• Create reusable assets such as prompt libraries and templates, and train stakeholders.
• Implement AI/ML solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest AI and automation trends to drive continuous innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, AI or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in technology or operations with exposure to AI/automation.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for learning and innovation.

Required skills

• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and API integrations.
• Experience with automation tools, process mining, and orchestration platforms (e.g., GAIA, n8n).
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and AI performance evaluation.
• Familiarity with data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
