AI Capability Lead Architect

About the role

We are seeking a visionary AI Capability Lead Architect to shape and drive Accenture’s AI adoption strategy within the Software & Platform Engineering (S&PE) capability. In this senior position you will define governance, create reusable assets and accelerators, and work directly with clients on complex transformation programmes, ensuring responsible and scalable AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and oversee the AI adoption strategy for S&PE, including governance, ways of working and responsible AI practices.
• Design and build the S&PE AI offering – assets, accelerators and delivery models reusable across industries.
• Identify, develop and up‑skill the AI talent pool through training, recruitment and knowledge sharing.
• Provide AI and architecture expertise on client projects to ensure solutions are scalable, compliant and aligned with business needs.
• Establish strategic relationships across the AI ecosystem to accelerate innovation.
• Contribute to sales and opportunity shaping by presenting an AI‑centric architecture viewpoint.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data/AI or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in IT architecture and consulting.
• Proven track record defining and implementing technology strategies or governance frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English and either French or Dutch.
