AI & Automation Specialist – People Tech

About the role

Allianz Benelux is looking for a tech‑driven pioneer to reshape the employee experience through AI, automation and robust data architecture. As the AI & Automation Specialist within the People function, you will bridge business strategy and digital execution for over 2,000 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, design and deploy AI use cases such as chatbots, predictive analytics and document automation.
• Manage and configure the core People platform (SuccessFactors) with a focus on seamless API integrations and user experience.
• Design scalable data structures to support high‑fidelity reporting and analytics.
• Translate operational needs into technical specifications and act as the primary stakeholder liaison.
• Lead transversal digital projects that improve operational efficiency across the region.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or a related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical ability to deconstruct complex processes and re‑engineer them for scale.
• Fluent English; Dutch or French is a plus.
• No prior HR experience required – technical expertise is the focus.
