Agile Delivery Coach – Transformation & Delivery

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Coach to drive transversal transformation and delivery initiatives for a large international enterprise client in Brussels. You will work across multiple teams and domains, fostering alignment, visibility, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑moving IT and business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery initiatives across several teams and streams.
• Facilitate alignment between stakeholders, teams, and dependencies.
• Improve delivery follow‑up, visibility and execution discipline.
• Contribute to portfolio management and transformation improvement projects.
• Coach teams and stakeholders in pragmatic agile ways of working.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvement opportunities.
• Lead workshops, discussions and decision‑making sessions.
• Act as a bridge between business, transformation and technology stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong experience as an Agile Coach, Delivery Coach or Transformation Coach.
• Proven track record in complex enterprise environments.
• Business‑oriented mindset combined with hands‑on execution capabilities.
• Experience in change management and large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to navigate complex, transversal settings.
