Aftermarket Sales Consultant – Dealer & Workshop Development

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Aftermarket Sales Consultant to drive growth in the Independent Aftermarket (IAM). The role is field‑focused, involving regular visits to dealers, independent repairers and garage chains to improve performance, strengthen relationships and promote digital ordering and workshop solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct standardized onsite visits with authorized dealers to assess parts performance, portfolio depth and sales execution.
• Identify and act on improvement opportunities in stock strategy, customer service and digital ordering adoption.
• Run comprehensive dealer assessments, produce scorecards and develop improvement plans with clear KPIs.
• Deliver targeted coaching on sales processes, product knowledge, pricing logic and system usage.
• Design and monitor customized development plans for focus dealers, tracking monthly targets and progress.
• Visit independent repairers and garage chains to promote product awareness, support online ordering platforms and document results.
• Evaluate turnover potential of customers, create commercial action plans and upload assessments into internal systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive aftermarket sales, field force or network development.
• Proven track record of improving dealer performance and driving commercial results.
• Strong analytical skills to conduct assessments, generate scorecards and define actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities with dealers and independent repairers.
