Account Manager – Omnichannel Home & Services

About the role

Supporting bpost’s growth by deepening relationships with existing customers and opening new markets. The Account Manager will prospect new clients, develop commercial partnerships and drive revenue across the Home & Services omnichannel portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse target markets to identify commercial opportunities and tailor bpost’s product offering.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, including negotiation and closing.
• Develop existing accounts through up‑selling and cross‑selling while maintaining long‑term relationships.
• Prospect new customers using data, networking, events and digital outreach.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, business analysis and product tribes to ensure seamless project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in both hunting and farming roles.
• Strong knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques and ability to work in complex, fast‑changing environments.
• Fluent in English and the second national language (Dutch/French).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using digital platforms for sales and customer engagement.
