Account Manager – Luxembourg

About the role

The Account Manager will drive the growth of the Solera portfolio across Luxembourg, managing existing accounts and acquiring new customers in on‑trade, off‑trade, convenience and export channels. The role focuses on achieving volume, turnover, market share and profitability targets within an agreed budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual account plans, aligning with budget objectives for volume, profit contribution and net revenue.
• Maintain deep customer knowledge, including account structure and strategy, to build tailored beverage plans.
• Collaborate closely with Field Sales Developers, NAM On Trade and NAM Convenience to strengthen partnerships.
• Negotiate, execute and monitor channel and customer plans, identifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular business review meetings with clients to optimise communication and drive growth.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects to improve assortment, introduce new products and enhance customer collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 1‑3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably with on‑trade exposure.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong business acumen, analytical mindset and a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
• Proven negotiation skills and a results‑driven approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
