Account Manager – Fuels

About the role

The Account Manager in the Fuels division will be the main point of contact for existing clients, overseeing the full lifecycle of assignments from receipt to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Receive new assignments and translate client instructions for laboratory and surveyor teams.
• Advise and inform clients on project progress and status.
• Ensure proper execution, accurate reporting and handling according to client requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships and act as the trusted liaison between clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant industry norms and standards.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); Dutch is a plus.
• Strong customer‑oriented mindset and exceptional communication abilities.
• Organizational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage priorities.
• Team player who can also work independently and handle stress with assertiveness.
• Relevant account‑management experience and at least 5 years of related work experience.
• Education in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or Expedition preferred.
• Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
