Account Manager Brussels

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our sales team in Brussels. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of wholesalers, contractors and installers, providing technical advice and ensuring customers have access to our full product range.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a customer portfolio in the assigned Brussels region.
• Identify customer needs, answer inquiries and recruit new clients.
• Provide technical guidance, product training and support to installers and plumbers.
• Collaborate closely with the customer service ADV team.
• Prepare and submit regular activity reports to management.

Required profile

• Commercial or technical education, preferably in construction or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the sanitary and heating market in northern Belgium and of key installers and plumbers.
• Excellent communication, independent and organized work style, and ability to adapt to different interlocutors.
• Proficiency in Dutch (essential); French and English are advantageous.
• Residence in the Brussels region.
