Account Executive – Belgium (Dutch/French speaking)

About the role

Alan is looking for an Account Executive to join its fast‑growing sales team in Belgium. You will help companies transition to a proactive, holistic health partner by promoting Alan’s prevention‑focused insurance solution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective corporate clients across Belgium.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and educate prospects on Alan’s integrated insurance, prevention, and care offering.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and onboarding.
• Apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method to create a pleasant and instructive prospect experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on product, processes, and market strategy.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the health or insurance sector.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working autonomously.
• Ability to think strategically and contribute to team initiatives beyond individual targets.
