About the role
We are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT support team in Leuven. The role is freelance, lasting 12 months with the possibility of extension, and offers a hybrid work model with three days onsite each week.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace‑related queries via Microsoft Teams, email, and ServiceNow.
- Manage service requests, resolve operational incidents, and escalate to external partners when necessary.
- Administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre.
- Perform in‑depth troubleshooting and analysis of complex technical issues.
- Collaborate directly with end users, technical experts, and third‑party support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Required profile
- Degree in IT or equivalent practical experience in an IT support or help‑desk environment.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Proven experience handling workplace support in a Microsoft‑centric environment.
