Treasury & Risk Consultant

About the role

PwC is looking for a Consultant to join its Treasury and Risk Consulting Team in Belgium. You will work on a variety of treasury‑related projects, helping clients optimise technology, cash management and transaction support while driving innovative finance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational and process advice on complex treasury issues.
• Take ownership of assigned project tasks and continuously improve delivery quality.
• Coach and supervise junior staff throughout engagements.
• Lead business development initiatives to strengthen PwC’s position in the treasury consulting market.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of relevant experience in corporate treasury, cash‑management banks or system vendors.
• Demonstrated knowledge of at least one core service area: Treasury Technology Transformation, Cash & Liquidity Management, or Treasury Transaction Support.
• Passion for finance innovation (e.g., blockchain, RPA, AI).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
