Trading & Operations Intern

About the role

This internship offers hands‑on experience in trading and operations within a leading denim brand. You will support end‑to‑end processes across Europe, from purchase order management to campaign performance tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Open PO Management & Store Follow‑Up – run weekly reports, maintain tracking files, follow up with stores and escalate overdue actions.
• Trading Notes & Action Tracking – distribute weekly notes, maintain action tracker, monitor deadlines and publish open‑actions summary.
• Promotion, Campaign & Task Force Performance Support – keep campaign trackers, verify stock arrival, monitor launch readiness and coordinate urgent shipments.
• Training Materials & Knowledge Base Management – own the SharePoint knowledge repository, update SOPs and training guides.
• Returns & RTV Administration – maintain RTV tracker, monitor completion rates, follow up on overdue returns and support store queries.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant university program.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
