Talent Acquisition & Culture Lead

About the role

Your mission as Talent Acquisition & Culture Lead is to attract the right people, onboard them effectively, support their growth, and reinforce the high‑performance culture that drives Faktion’s success. You will collaborate closely with leadership, delivery, engineering, advisory and marketing teams to translate growth ambitions into a strong talent and culture strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a recruitment engine for AI, software, delivery, advisory and commercial roles, including sourcing, screening, and creating structured pipelines.
• Create comprehensive onboarding journeys that guide new colleagues through their first week, month and 90 days, ensuring rapid productivity and connection.
• Strengthen Antwerp office culture by organising team activities, rituals and internal moments that foster connection and high‑energy collaboration.
• Facilitate internal knowledge‑sharing initiatives, support research and external inspiration, and embed innovation into the company rhythm.
• Develop employer branding and storytelling in partnership with marketing, translating culture and technical depth into compelling external communication.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, people operations or related HR functions.
• Proven track record recruiting technical, digital, AI, data or software profiles.
• Strong sourcing abilities and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Hands‑on execution mindset with experience in onboarding, employer branding or talent‑development initiatives.
• Fluent communication in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
