Supply Chain Assistant – Brussels (Pharma)

About the role

Join a dynamic pharmaceutical environment in Brussels as a Supply Chain Assistant. You will support the flow of supplies, help optimise production planning and ensure product availability while developing your supply‑chain expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver insightful reports and data to aid supply‑chain decision‑making.
• Assist Supply Planners with timely procurement activities for a defined product portfolio.
• Validate the accuracy of inputs used in production planning and replenishment cycles.
• Monitor the Customer Demand (ATP) tool to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Execute special projects and improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s in Economics, Finance or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Fluency in English, Dutch and French.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly.
• Proactive team player with a high standard of quality awareness.
