Strategy Manager – Operations & Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and diligent professional to join our Strategy & Operations team in Brussels as a Manager/Senior Manager. The role collaborates with experts in transformation, restructuring, valuations, tax and transaction services, delivering strategic and operational insight across a wide range of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyse key risks and opportunities in strategy and operations, including manufacturing, supply chain and procurement.
• Integrate strategic and operational findings into financial analysis and business plans, working closely with transaction, valuation and restructuring teams.
• Develop implementation plans and initiate first‑action steps for transformation initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and reports for board members, investors, M&A advisors and C‑suite executives.
• Ensure timely, high‑quality execution of assignments and guide junior team members.
• Contribute to business development, thought leadership and cross‑border project delivery.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, engineering, science, business administration or business economics.
• 4–8 years of relevant operations experience (manufacturing, supply chain) in a corporate environment or management consultancy.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to solve complex issues creatively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Eligibility to work in the EU and willingness to take on cross‑border assignments.
