Site Supervisor – Construction Projects

About the role

Amaris Consulting is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead construction projects in Belgium, overseeing all phases from preparation to on‑site execution. The role combines technical coordination, safety management and budget control to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and organise construction sites while respecting technical constraints, deadlines, budgets and safety requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Supervise daily work progress and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Develop and monitor execution schedules to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations and applicable legislation.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and financial targets.
• Identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Manage contractual aspects related to projects and construction activities.
• Participate in site meetings and provide regular progress reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, Construction Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry and public procurement.
• Experience in financial and contractual project management.
• Ability to independently manage budgets, deadlines and resources.
• Master’s degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Valid driving licence and mobility within the Walloon region.
• Fluent in French and English.
