Senior Solutions Architect (NATO Region)

About the role

Elastic, the Search AI company, is hiring a Senior Solutions Architect for its NATO region. As a technical authority and trusted advisor to the sales team, customers, partners and community, you will solve customers' business issues with the Elastic Stack, engage the regional Elastic community through events and programs, and enable sales through partners. The role works with some of the company's largest enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact within the NATO region.
• Understand customers' goals and explain how Elastic offerings address their needs.
• Create and own value-based relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Take part in every phase of planning and execution, from discovery to technical win.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of Elastic products and solutions to present them in sales meetings, meetups and conferences.
• Advise the sales team on how to position Elastic products, solutions and services.
• Onboard, educate and support partners in sales cycles.
• Create collateral, contribute to programs and collaborate with colleagues to meet client needs.
• Communicate customer needs, gaps and enhancement requests to engineering and leadership.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of success in a technical presales role, selling, demonstrating and implementing technology.
• Enterprise-sector experience and understanding of its challenges.
• Ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms, software and technologies.
• Proven customer relations and architecture design experience.
• Ability to influence teams and inspire groups.
• Willingness to travel 30% within a region and occasionally internationally.

• Base salary of EUR 100,900 to 159,600, with no variable component.
