Senior Salesforce CRM Consultant

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Salesforce CRM Consultant to join its Advisory team in Brussels. You will work with a multidisciplinary, international group to design and deliver end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions that help clients transform customer engagement and drive business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate client workshops to capture business needs, processes and CRM strategy.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and functional Salesforce designs.
• Own functional workstreams across the full project lifecycle, from design through testing to go‑live.
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers and stakeholders to ensure integrated, high‑quality solutions.
• Perform functional testing, support user‑acceptance testing and deliver user training sessions.
• Leverage Data and AI tools to enhance solutions and improve delivery efficiency.
• Contribute to pre‑sales activities, proposals and RFP responses, including effort estimations.
• Maintain high‑quality documentation and share knowledge within the team.
