Senior Motion Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Motion Graphic Designer based in Belgium. This fully remote position combines motion design, video editing, 2D visual design, branding, and 3D production to create dynamic content for campaigns, advertisements, social media, and broader marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Edit videos and create motion graphics for marketing campaigns, ads, and digital content.
• Model, texture, light, animate, and render 3D assets in Blender for use in videos and promotional materials.
• Integrate 3D elements seamlessly into motion design projects and ensure cohesive visual execution.
• Design logos, visual identities, branding systems, and supporting brand assets.
• Research and experiment with AI‑powered image, video, and motion generation tools to improve production efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and production teams to translate strategic ideas into engaging visual experiences.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience across motion design, video editing, 2D visual design, and branding.
• Advanced proficiency in Blender, including modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation.
• Strong understanding of AI‑powered creative tools such as Runway, Pika, Stable Diffusion, or Sora.
• Ability to manage the full creative process from concept through execution and delivery.
• Strong storytelling, typography, composition, and branding skills.
