Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a partner company in Belgium. You will design, develop, and maintain modern cloud‑native applications that handle large‑scale data processing and support critical business services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain full‑stack web applications using microservices and serverless architectures.
• Build scalable backend services with Node.js and create responsive user interfaces with React and related UI frameworks.
• Implement serverless solutions leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, SNS, SQS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, RDS and DynamoDB.
• Design cloud‑based data processing and automation pipelines for high‑quality transactional systems.
• Write clean, maintainable production code, technical documentation and automated test suites.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues and continuously improve reliability and scalability.
• Contribute to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code initiatives.
• Collaborate with architects, UX teams, infrastructure specialists and other engineering groups in an Agile environment.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with strong experience building cloud‑native applications using modern JavaScript technologies.
• Proven track record developing full‑stack solutions with Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Extensive frontend experience with React and contemporary UI frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience designing microservices and serverless architectures.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS services, especially Lambda, SNS, SQS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, RDS and DynamoDB.
