About the role

Accenture Belgium is looking for a Senior Manager to lead SAP Procurement transformations within its SAP Technology practice. The role focuses on delivering S/4HANA‑based sourcing and procurement solutions for clients across multiple industries, driving innovation and ensuring rapid time‑to‑market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end S/4HANA procurement transformation programmes for enterprise clients.
• Design and implement modern, cloud‑native procurement solutions that accelerate business value.
• Collaborate with strategy, design and technology experts to shape transformation roadmaps.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and oversee complex programme delivery.
• Drive innovation initiatives and contribute to Accenture’s strategic technology agenda.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants and analysts, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in SAP procurement and S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong consulting background with ability to manage large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
