SAP FICO Tax Consultant/Manager – S/4HANA

About the role

Join Accenture’s European SAP practice as a SAP Tax Consultant/Manager. You will apply deep functional expertise in tax and Document & Reporting Compliance (DRC) on S/4HANA to support transformative tax programs for multinational clients across EMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, design, build and implement SAP Tax solutions covering Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Withholding Tax, Intrastat, Excise Duty and country‑specific requirements.
• Implement and support SAP DRC for statutory reporting and e‑invoicing across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery across the full project lifecycle, including gap analysis, RICEFW definition, functional specifications, system customization, testing, cut‑over, go‑live and hypercare.
• Collaborate with Accenture SAP leads, functional consultants and developers to ensure high‑quality outcomes and timely delivery.
• Support tax transformation initiatives, process optimisation and compliance automation.
• Contribute to RFP responses, client presentations and internal knowledge sharing on SAP Tax and DRC topics.

Required profile

• Strong experience in SAP Tax and S/4HANA Finance implementations.
• Hands‑on expertise with SAP DRC for statutory reporting and e‑invoicing in multiple countries.
• Proven ability to manage tasks independently and coordinate with global teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a cross‑cultural, international consulting environment.
• Finance or tax‑related university degree or professional qualification.
