Sales Enablement Intern

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious student to join our Sales Enablement team in Belgium and the Netherlands. You will work closely with commercial teams to create impactful content, improve sales tools, and support projects that help our salespeople succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Copywriting: rewrite and optimise internal sales documentation in Dutch or French.
• Content creation: develop presentations, sales tools, communication materials and engaging video content.
• Training development: co‑create training materials with stakeholders and translate business knowledge into practical learning experiences.
• Project management: coordinate and contribute to projects supporting the internal sales organisation, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Field experience: spend time with M1 teams to understand day‑to‑day challenges and translate needs into impactful tools.
• Cross‑functional collaboration: work closely with Sales, Marketing and other departments to deliver projects that drive commercial excellence.

Required profile

• Student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, Languages or a related field.
• Excellent copywriting skills with a passion for creating engaging content.
• Fluent in Dutch or French (written and spoken).
• Creative mindset, detail‑oriented and strong storytelling abilities.
• Strong organisational and project‑management skills.
• Proactive, ambitious and comfortable collaborating across stakeholders.

Required skills

• PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with video editing tools (a plus).
