Project Manager - Philips Healthcare Solutions

About the role

Philips is looking for a Project Manager based in its Anderlecht, Brussels office, working on the implementation of Philips Healthcare Information Systems (HCIS) solutions such as Radiology, PACS and Vendor Neutral Archive within the Benelux. The role involves managing projects with a mix of local and central implementation resources, with frequent travel to customers, mostly in Belgium.

Key responsibilities

• Set clear delivery expectations for the customer, covering solution deployment, services, training, network and application support.
• Work closely with Sales during the quoting phase to set up the project plan and estimated effort.
• Learn the customer's environment, including project leaders, IT policies, change-justification requirements, regulatory constraints and HR environment.
• Drive the project with the assigned team and stakeholders, acting as single point of contact for the customer.
• Manage customer acceptance and assist with revenue recognition by providing tracking and feedback.
• Forecast Professional Services revenue for the projects you lead and understand performance expectations on deliverables, costs, sales volume and value.
• Hand over completed projects to Support Services so regular maintenance runs under the agreed Service Level Agreement.
• Take part in local sales and service conference calls and meetings, and work with all support functions to deliver the solution on time and to specification.

Required profile

• Project management experience within software integrations is required.
• Knowledge of Health Systems/PACS is a large advantage; experience with big storage, high-end critical solutions and integrations is also an advantage.
• Fluent French and near-native or native Dutch, and a very good level of English.
• Secondary school education; the position is open to candidates from the centre of Belgium who can travel to the Netherlands and all parts of Belgium.
