Product Director, Programmable Voice

About the role

The Product Director, Programmable Voice will define, build and scale Proximus Global’s L4 Programmable Voice solution, targeting SMB, mid‑market and voice‑AI startups worldwide. The role owns the end‑to‑end product journey from proposition definition through market launch and international scaling, leading a team of product managers and collaborating across BICS, Konera and Telesign.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of product managers across discovery, launch and scale‑up stages.
• Own and evolve the Programmable Voice strategy, maintaining a phased roadmap for features such as number masking, AI voice agents and LLM integration.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, steering build‑versus‑buy decisions and ensuring integration with BICS Cloud Communications, Konera and Telesign.
• Define a usage‑based commercial model and build the business case for a $3.4 B market by 2026.
• Drive a self‑serve, product‑led go‑to‑market motion with portals, SDKs and regional launch sequencing.
