M&A Integration and Value Creation Consultant

About the role

Join PwC's Delivering Deal Value team in Brussels as an M&A Integration and Value Creation Consultant. You will work on high‑visibility merger, acquisition and transformation projects, helping corporate clients and private‑equity investors unlock value throughout the deal lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support integration and carve‑out programmes, from readiness assessments and portfolio analysis to execution planning and governance set‑up.
• Perform operational due diligence, identify risks and quantify value‑creation opportunities.
• Design target operating models, governance structures and value‑tracking frameworks.
• Drive post‑deal value‑creation initiatives, aligning strategic priorities with operational execution.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Tax) to deliver end‑to‑end deal support.
• Build trusted client relationships and act as a proactive point of contact.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, business development and continuous‑improvement activities.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in M&A, consulting or project management, preferably with integrations, carve‑outs or transformation projects.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability and ability to drive workstreams independently.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to translate operational insights into value drivers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
