About the role

We are seeking a Lead Mobile App Developer to drive the creation of high‑quality Android and iOS applications used by customers worldwide. Based in Belgium and working remotely, you will combine hands‑on engineering with technical leadership to shape our mobile product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Define technical strategy, architecture patterns, and coding standards to ensure scalable, reliable, and high‑performing solutions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor team members on best practices.
• Integrate external APIs, data sources, and third‑party services into mobile apps.
• Write and maintain robust unit tests, monitor live performance, and continuously optimise code.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product owners, and cross‑functional teams.
• Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and promote a culture of engineering excellence.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• Proven leadership abilities and a passion for mentoring engineers.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a track record of delivering high‑quality mobile products.
