Lead Consultant – Infrastructure Services (Brussels)

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Lead Consultant to drive contract governance and commercial discipline for its Infrastructure Services engagements in Brussels. You will act as the central hub for contractual interpretation, risk assessment and compliance reporting across multi‑vendor managed services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contract governance and commercial controls for cross‑functional infrastructure services.
• Ensure delivery obligations align with contractual commitments, service levels, KPIs, penalties and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate contractual interpretation, obligation tracking, risk assessment, change control and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with service delivery managers, finance, PMO, legal, procurement, transition teams, tower leads, client governance and partner/vendor teams.
• Identify contractual risks, open obligations, SLA/KPI exposure, change impacts and commercial deviations proactively.

Required profile

• 10–16 years of experience in contract management, commercial governance, service delivery governance, PMO, financial management, vendor management or managed services operations.
• Strong understanding of managed‑services contracts, SLAs/KPIs, governance models, commercial obligations, change control, risk management and stakeholder coordination.
• Preferred experience in infrastructure managed services, SIAM, multi‑vendor operating models or cross‑functional services.

Required skills

• Ability to interpret contract schedules, statements of work, service descriptions, RACIs and governance frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience tracking contractual deliverables, service levels, KPIs, penalties, credits, assumptions, dependencies, exclusions and risks.
• Knowledge of contract change management, including impact analysis, pricing coordination, approval tracking and implementation governance.
• Experience in commercial management such as billing validation, invoice support, effort/cost tracking, forecast alignment and financial governance.
