Junior Personal Income Tax & Reward Consultant

About the role

Join PwC's Tax & Legal Services department as a Junior Personal Income Tax & Reward Consultant. You will work within the Reward team, helping clients design and implement compensation strategies while ensuring compliance with personal income tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise HR teams on executive reward strategies, both locally and internationally.
• Support remuneration committees in designing incentive plans, benchmarking packages, and drafting reward policies.
• Provide guidance on income‑tax implications of compensation structures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist clients with flexible benefits, mobility packages, payroll setup, and tax return preparation.
• Co‑host workshops to develop tailored total‑reward strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Liaise with tax authorities, respond to inquiries, manage audits, and handle ruling applications.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated with a Bachelor in Accounting‑Tax or a Master’s in tax law, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in personal income tax, HR topics, and compensation strategy.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and build networks across PwC offices.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
