IT Support Specialist – Level 2

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide Level 1 and Level 2 assistance to end‑users across a European professional services organization. You will work with Windows, Microsoft 365, and a range of hardware and collaboration tools, ensuring smooth daily operations and rapid issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for Windows, M365, laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot end‑user equipment.
• Manage incidents via a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow) and handle escalations.
• Support network, VoIP telephony, and mobile (iOS) issues.
• Assist with collaboration platforms such as Teams, Zoom, and Webex, including meeting‑room technology.
• Document solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with European IT teams on projects, deployments, and on‑call rotations.

Required profile

• Degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of IT support experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English and French or Dutch.
