HR Technology Consulting Internship (2026‑2027)

About the role

Join PwC’s Advisory team in Brussels as a Technology Consulting Intern focused on HR solutions. You will support clients in aligning business strategies with innovative IT services, helping them navigate digital transformation and build data‑driven HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in defining and implementing IT strategies that support HR objectives.
• Analyze business processes and recommend digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop unique client experiences and prototype technology‑enabled solutions.
• Leverage enterprise data to create insights‑driven recommendations.
• Explore emerging technologies such as cloud platforms, robotic process automation and artificial intelligence for HR use cases.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a master’s program in computer science, industrial/organizational psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in technology and its application to human resources.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international, multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Understanding of cloud adoption concepts.
• Familiarity with robotic process automation (RPA) principles.
• Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) applications.
