HR Business Partner Internship – Human Capital

About the role

Join PwC Belgium’s Human Capital team as an HR Business Partner intern. You will work closely with HR professionals across Business Units, contributing to strategy execution and people initiatives while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving professional services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of global and Belgian Human Capital strategies.
• Act as a point of contact for employees and leaders on HR matters.
• Translate People Survey results into actionable insights and help shape Business Unit plans.
• Assist with talent management processes, including performance and reward cycles and exit conversations.
• Contribute to HR projects related to talent management, reporting, and employee experience.
• Review and propose improvements to HR processes, focusing on automation and alignment.

Required profile

• Final‑year Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Motivated to explore HR and develop people‑centric strategies.
• Available for a minimum three‑month internship.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with strong English communication skills.
• Enthusiastic team player with excellent organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
