Functional D365 Supply Chain Management Senior Consultant

About the role

PwC Belgium is looking for a Functional D365 Supply Chain Management Senior Consultant to help clients navigate the evolving landscape of supply chain operations. You will design, implement, and optimise end‑to‑end Dynamics 365 SCM solutions that address disruption, sustainability, and AI‑driven challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to functional design, configuration, and implementation of D365 SCM modules such as Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Production, Master Planning, and Logistics.
• Analyse business processes, identify gaps, and translate findings into functional designs, user stories, and solution blueprints.
• Facilitate workshops with key users for fit‑gap analysis, process design, validation, and training.
• Advise clients on best practices and standard D365 functionality while collaborating with technical consultants.
• Support testing (SIT, UAT), end‑user training, documentation, and change management.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities and act as a trusted advisor.
• Work hands‑on with Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, and broader AI capabilities to solve real client problems such as demand sensing and supplier risk.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management or Dynamics AX (AX 2012).
• Strong functional knowledge of at least one SCM module and ability to quickly acquire expertise across the suite.
• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end ERP projects, including workshops, testing, and training.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with senior client stakeholders.
