Full Stack Engineer

About the role

As a Fullstack Software Engineer you will work on AVIOBOOK Connect, a fast‑growing chat application that keeps aviation teams connected in real time. You will develop both backend services and mobile applications, handling offline behaviour, limited connectivity and data synchronisation. You will own features from refinement through production and ensure they perform reliably for flight crews.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the AVIOBOOK Connect chat platform across Node.js/NestJS backend and React Native mobile.
• Design solutions for offline‑first behaviour, limited connectivity and real‑time state synchronization.
• Own end‑to‑end feature delivery, from specification to production deployment.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers and other engineers to turn requirements into high‑quality software.
• Contribute to system architecture, make technical decisions and support an Agile development process.

Required profile

• Builds high‑quality, secure and well‑tested software.
• Strong experience with Node.js, NestJS and TypeScript.
• Comfortable with React Native and full‑stack development.
• End‑to‑end ownership of features and understanding of security, testing, performance and reliability.
• Proactive problem‑solver, able to identify risks and improve processes.
• Effective communicator who enjoys collaboration, mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Eager to learn, grow and leverage AI tooling.
