Finance, Risk & Compliance Regulatory Reporting Manager – Banking

About the role

Accenture’s Finance, Risk and Compliance (FRC) team within Strategy & Consulting is looking for a Regulatory Reporting Manager to lead banking projects. You will guide multidisciplinary teams that help CFO, CRO and CCO stakeholders transform finance, risk and compliance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Define project outcomes and steer delivery across finance, risk and compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate team activities, manage dependencies and proactively mitigate risks.
• Maintain oversight of project progress while conducting detailed analyses.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and act as a trusted advisor to senior client leaders.
• Coach and develop junior consultants, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Represent Accenture externally and internally, contributing to business development and sales efforts.
• Identify innovative ideas and thought‑leadership opportunities within the regulatory reporting domain.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Economics, Business Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically within banking risk, finance or related consulting assignments.
• Strong functional and regulatory knowledge of banking finance and risk frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
