Finance & Performance Consultant – Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is looking for a Finance & Performance Consultant at Senior Associate level to join its Advisory team in Brussels. You will work closely with CFOs and senior finance leaders, helping them navigate technology trends and global economic shifts while delivering tangible improvements to finance processes and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support CFO agendas by analysing current technology and economic trends.
• Participate in finance‑process improvement initiatives covering working capital, cash flow, and system optimisation.
• Take ownership of key project deliverables and day‑to‑day tasks.
• Apply expertise in accounting, consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Manage data and information‑system related activities to enhance decision‑making.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration (Finance & Accounting), Economics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience, preferably in large international corporations.
• Excellent written and oral communication in Dutch/French and English.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a client‑focused attitude.
