Finance & Accounting Manager

About the role

As a Finance & Accounting Manager in PwC’s Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) team, you will provide strategic, technical and operational advice to multinational clients, supporting transactions, IPOs, debt offerings and accounting change projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver strategic and technical guidance on accounting, financial and non‑financial reporting.
• Support acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs, debt offerings and other transaction‑related activities.
• Lead accounting change initiatives, including IFRS, US GAAP and IPSAS implementations.
• Develop and apply digital solutions to enhance reporting processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (valuation, finance, digital experts, actuaries) to provide integrated solutions.
• Build and maintain client relationships while ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
• Potentially travel for international engagements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in (Applied) Economics, Finance, Law or a comparable field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in audit, financial controlling or international accounting.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French with full professional proficiency in English.
• Strong team‑player attitude, initiative‑driven and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Solid technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS.
• Experience with US GAAP.
• Familiarity with IPSAS.
