Experienced Account Manager – Electrophysiology

About the role

Boston Scientific is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead the Electrophysiology (EP) portfolio in Belgium, covering Wallonia and the Brussels region. You will own a strategic territory, partnering with hospitals and clinicians to drive adoption of cutting‑edge cardiac solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined region in Belgium, overseeing key accounts in university and regional hospitals.
• Lead commercial activities including tenders, strategic account planning and market development for the EP portfolio.
• Identify growth opportunities and increase adoption of EP solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with electrophysiologists, cardiologists and procurement stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, clinical and marketing teams to deliver customer projects.
• Act as a strategic partner for hospitals while executing sales plans on the field.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of account management or sales experience in MedTech or pharma.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac electrophysiology (EP) is a strong plus.
• Proven success in consultative or solution‑based selling, preferably in a hospital environment.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability and results‑driven attitude.
• Fluency in French and English (mandatory).
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
