Enterprise Architect – Brussels

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team in Brussels. You will shape the technical vision for our clients, ensuring that complex IT landscapes are transformed into robust, future‑ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer and infrastructure technical requirements and define business and technical architecture.
• Select technology stacks and evaluate products to align with program vision and long‑term goals.
• Collaborate with system and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the architecture.
• Guide project teams, resolve technical blockers and ensure the architecture is implemented as designed.
• Conduct impact analyses with domain architects and support business case development for IT projects.
• Provide recommendations on architecture decisions and address gaps identified by business and ICT.
• Define logical, technical and physical architecture and work with infrastructure stakeholders for implementation.
• Establish design and development guidelines and ensure strict adherence across teams.

Required profile

• 15‑25 years of experience in enterprise architecture and large‑scale IT delivery.
• Proven experience working with business and IT delivery teams in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• TOGAF certification and deep knowledge of architecture patterns and principles.
• Ability to simplify complex IT estates into standardized, manageable landscapes.
• Experience with on‑site/off‑shore delivery models.
