Digital Marketing Internship (6 months)

About the role

Join the Nescafé Dolce Gusto digital team for a 6‑month, full‑time internship based in Brussels. You will support the brand’s online presence across the website, CRM, social media, paid media and the Premio loyalty program, helping to attract, retain and delight consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging website content for machines, capsules, promotions and sustainability pages.
• Manage CRM data, promo plans, newsletters, special programs and offline activation data.
• Collaborate with Consumer Service to keep information up‑to‑date and suggest improvements.
• Monitor community management reports and stay connected with the audience.
• Handle social media, display/retargeting banners, Google SEO/SEA/Shopping and other digital tools, from content creation to implementation and follow‑up.
• Contribute to the Premio loyalty app content and CRM updates.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch and/or French with strong English proficiency.
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Good knowledge of SEO, content marketing, SEA and social media channels.
• Interest in CRM and online marketing, familiar with website optimisation and e‑mail marketing.
• Strong communication, creativity and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
