Data Analytics Internship – Deals M&A

About the role

Join PwC’s Deal Analytics team in Brussels as a Data Analytics intern focused on Mergers & Acquisitions. You will work on live deals, turning raw business data into actionable intelligence for sellers and prospective investors.

Key responsibilities

• Support project teams on live M&A transactions.
• Analyse key business drivers and visualise data in dashboards.
• Perform data manipulation, including web‑scraping, to prepare initial analyses.
• Automate manual processes and build reusable workflows.
• Explore advanced techniques such as sentiment analysis and predictive forecasting.
• Develop and maintain reports using PowerBI and Visual Studio.
• Write Python code for data processing and AI‑enhanced solutions.

Required profile

• Final‑year master student in a technology‑related programme, engineering, mathematics, economics or business studies.
• Strong interest in data analytics applied to a business context.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with commercial awareness.
• Enrolled in a school‑based internship contract.
