Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join Brunswick, a global marine leader, as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the main point of contact for customers, handling orders, billing inquiries, service requests, and complaints while ensuring timely and high‑quality responses.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders in line with sales conditions and company policies.
• Check credit status and allocate products according to priorities.
• Handle consignments and coordinate shipment planning with the Distribution Center.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, maintaining service and quality standards.
• Provide product and service information, identify upselling opportunities, and support sales promotions.
• Answer first‑level technical questions and develop improvement plans based on customer surveys.
• Assist with Boat Show preparation, including product booking, shipments, and returns.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives related to customer service.

Required profile

• Relevant bachelor’s degree.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a customer service or international trade role.
• Fluent French and advanced business English (written and spoken).
• Strong multitasking, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
• Dynamic, proactive, precise and conscientious attitude.
