Corporate Recruiter – V.I.E Programme

About the role

Join Eurofins' Talent Acquisition team in Brussels as a Corporate Recruiter within the V.I.E programme. You will support campus recruitment efforts, helping to attract and onboard early‑career talent for various business consulting functions across the Eurofins network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle for interns and recent graduates, acting as the main liaison between hiring managers and candidates.
• Source emerging talent through recruitment platforms, university events, and social media channels.
• Promote open internship and entry‑level positions to attract qualified applicants.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of recruiting strategies and processes.
• Collaborate with the Employer Branding team and broader Talent Acquisition function.

Required profile

• European Economic Area (EEA) national, aged 18‑28, eligible for the V.I.E programme.
• Strong interest in recruitment, employer branding, and international work environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting.

• Candidate sourcing and talent pipeline management.
• Interview coordination and candidate assessment.
• Knowledge of university recruitment best practices.
• Ability to work with recruitment and HR tools.
