Corporate & M&A Lawyer – Brussels

About the role

PwC Legal is seeking an experienced Corporate and M&A Lawyer to join its multidisciplinary team in Brussels. You will work on acquisitions for national and international clients across a wide range of sectors, handling the full deal cycle from due diligence to post‑deal integration.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal due diligence, structure transactions and draft/ negotiate contracts for share and asset deals.
• Collaborate with PwC tax, finance and other legal specialists to deliver integrated solutions, including cross‑border assignments.
• Manage post‑deal matters such as integration and act as the first point of contact for clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Belgian Master’s degree in Law (additional M&A‑relevant master is a plus).
• 2–6 years of experience handling corporate, private‑equity, share and asset transactions.
• Native French speaker with fluent English.
• Motivated, client‑oriented with strong analytical, communication and writing abilities.
