Corporate Associate

About the role

MVVP, a well‑known Brussels‑based law firm, is looking for a motivated Corporate Associate to join its corporate practice. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to work closely with experienced partners and contribute to a wide range of corporate matters for national and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
• Provide advice on Belgian and European corporate governance rules and compliance.
• Draft legal opinions, contracts, and corporate documents such as incorporation and shareholder agreements.
• Represent clients in negotiations and, when required, in legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates to deliver practical, business‑oriented solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a corporate lawyer.
• Additional master’s degree is an asset.
• Trilingual proficiency in English, Dutch and French.
• Strong legal analysis skills, disciplined, intellectually curious, and entrepreneurial mindset.

• Fluency in English, Dutch and French.
