Contract Manager

About the role

The Contract Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of agreements for a major client in Brussels, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and disputes are resolved efficiently. This senior position requires deep legal expertise and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the agreement, including contractual obligations, amendments, and disputes.
• Report on compliance with all contractual obligations.
• Follow up on contractual disputes and support the customer in supplier‑related issues that involve the service provider.
• Collaborate with the customer’s contract management team to ensure seamless contract administration.

Required profile

• 15‑20 years of experience in legal or contract management roles.
• Proven ability to work in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in Dutch and French.

Required skills

• Legal knowledge and contract management experience.
• Strong understanding of contract law and contract structures such as Statement of Work (SoW), Master Service Agreement (MSA), Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Change Requests.
• Familiarity with data protection regulations (GDPR, DTIA, DPIA).
• Basic knowledge of information security standards (ISO 27001, SOC controls).
