Continuous Improvement Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive operational excellence across our production environment. In this role you will apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to identify inefficiencies, develop solutions, and lead change initiatives that enhance productivity and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage improvement projects from concept through implementation.
• Analyze current processes, identify waste, and propose data‑driven solutions.
• Develop and execute Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Monitor key performance indicators and report progress to stakeholders.
• Support change management activities to ensure sustainable results.
• Document best practices and create standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen in a production or operational setting.
• Strong analytical mindset with a problem‑solving orientation.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach combined with strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage teams in change.
• Team‑player who can work effectively across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
